Warp Docs
~~~~~~~~~
I Couldn't find a doc for this one, so here's my version, with apologies
to the author.
To Compress a disk,
WARP read 0 79 ram:mydisk.wrp
will read tracks 0 to 79, creating the file mydisk.wrp,
(make sure you have the RAM !), and so to warp just the bits you need, you
simply do WARP read start finish filename !
To UnCompress a disk,
WARP write ram:mydisk.wrp
will write the contents of the archive mydisk.wrp onto
the disk in the internal drive df0:
Note that when you have written a disk, you then have to either eject it,
wait a few seconds and re-insert it to recognise the change, or use the
AmigaDOS command diskchange to recognise the change.
Robert Lang.
